Wednesday Night Hiking Club

Join us for Wednesday Night Hiking Club on most all Wednesdays in the summer. We will hike different trails in the Bozeman area. This is a great way to get outside, exercise, meet new active women and explore new trails in the area. We meet at 5:30pm, at different trailheads. Bring water, snacks and sunscreen.

July 15 - South Cottonwood Trailhead 5:30pm meet at trailhead.

July 22 - Drinking Horse Trailhead, 5:30pm meet at trailhead.

July 29 - The M, 5:30pm meet at trailhead.

Women's Fun Mountain Bike Ride

Join us for a fun women’s fun mountain bike ride - we will ride the trails of highland glen, peets hill and painted hills trails. We will ride between 1-1.5 hours, weather depending, could be shorter. Bring water, a helmet, bike and snacks. Meet at 5:30pm at Bozeman Softball Complex.

Yoga in the Park

Yoga in the Park - Yoga is a great compliment to hiking and biking. Join us for yoga in the park at Story Mill Park with a certified yoga instructor. This is a 50 minute class. It is free for women, donations are accepted if you would like to help cover the cost of the class. Class starts at 5pm on the Tuesdays below.

Below is the upcoming July Schedule, there are several events to participate in. All events are free for women. All events are held in the Bozeman area.

1:1 Coaching Services

Basic

The basic 1:1 plan is good for athletes who are on a budget, it includes a customized coaching plan shared monthly from the coach to the athlete. This plan is for athletes looking to begin racing or start their first adventure. One monthly phone call and email with their coach. Training plans will include 4-5 cyling/running + strength workouts per week. Includes health history intake for goal planning. $50 per month.

Intermediate

The intermediate 1:1 plan is good for an athlete looking to improve or PR in their race times and up their fitness level. It includes a customized coaching plan shared monthly from the coach to the athlete. Bi-monthly check-in phone calls and unlimited emails with their coach. Training plans will include 4-5 cycling/running + strength workouts per week. Includes health history intake for goal planning. $75 per month.

Advanced

The advanced 1:1 plan is good for an athlete looking to up their training as a goal to PR in a race and up their fitness level. It includes a customized coaching plan shared monthly from the coach to the athlete. Weekly check-in phone calls and unlimited emails with their coach. Training plans will include 5-6 cycling/running + strength workouts per week. Includes health history intake for goal planning. $100 per month.

I came to Jenny Wilcox as an experienced mountain biker, but Leadville was on another level for me — and I knew I needed real guidance to take it on. From the very first conversation, Jenny was personable, easy to talk to, and brought a level of knowledge and racing experience that immediately gave me confidence.

Over six months of training, Jenny built a plan that was tailored just for me. I expected brutal suffer-fests every day, but I learned that’s Leadville prep is a science — long zone 2 rides, targeted hill repeats, and smart recovery built into the week. The plan was demanding, but it was also sustainable.
